It has been nice and relaxing around here since Thanksgiving. With all the time off {read: my husband had a long weekend and played with the kids!}, I’ve actually been sewing a little bit more. As I’ve seen so many sewing and quilting bloggers say that it seems like you either have time to blog or sew! Well, lately I’ve been doing the sewing, but hopefully that means some fun things to blog about soon too. Here’s a peek at a project that has been in the works for a long while {fabric is Bungle Jungle by Tim & Beck for Moda}:
And, then I tried to get a Christmas photo of my kids, but I kept getting “grumpy face” and “sad face” from Silas, instead of a smile…mostly because he didn’t like his sweater!
But, I think they’re pretty cute anyway. And I think I got a couple usable shots too. Hopefully, I’ll be back soon with some fun finishes!

I have a couple of pieces of Bungle Jungle and have been tempted to get some precuts but I don’t have anyone who those prints would suit at this time so I love to see what others make with it. Cute prints and great colors!! Your kids are adorable! Happy sewing!!

It’s almost impossible to get a good photo of my kids these days. Someone always has their eyes closed or is making a face or squirming away… LOL… I feel lucky if everyone is in the shot!
