It’s a busy weekend at our house, so I’m not sure if I’ll get too much sewing done, but I did start this little doll last night, and am hoping to finish her up tonight. This is my first doll making adventure, and I’m really thrilled that she’s turning out pretty easy! The pattern is the Tiny Tot Sewing Pattern by Dolls and Daydreams. I really searched around to find a smaller doll pattern, and this one measures 7 1/2″ tall when finished, perfect for a one-year-old!
I did have a bit of difficulty already with the arms…I had to start over because I punched the seam through when turning it right side out! Oops. But at least the first and third ones turned out okay {though not exactly the same shape!}.
As you know, I love a little instant gratification sewing, so I’m glad this little doll is coming together faster than I had anticipated!
