A Dresden Pillow

|

I have been working on this Dresden pillow for a while and since I finished it, I wanted to show you today!

I used some of my favorite Bonnie and Camille fabric, Marmalade! I have a whole quilt in mind using this size of Dresden.  It is on my long list of to-dos.

I was originally going to put a binding but as I was cutting and sewing I decided to do without. I think the next one will be with binding, I do love the way binding looks on pillows!!

Here is the back, one of my favorite prints in blue!

It’s raining here today which makes it a great day for staying inside and doing some sewing! I hope you don’t mind the miscellaneous projects trickling in as I finish them? I have so enjoyed these finishes and then sharing them.

Happy Thursday!

    1. Hi Micah,
I will be posting a pdf pattern for the Dresden on the pillow in the next couple of days. Thank you for asking about it! The quilt is a pattern by Allison of CluckCluckSew, it is called Sugar Dish.

  1. I too would love to have the pattern for the dresden plate. I love the size of the pillow. I don’t like working with small pieces. Your pillow is very pretty!!!!!

  2. The Dresden Plate pillow looks beautiful, I am so in love with all of Bonnie and Camille’s fabric but Marmalade is so pretty. I love the quilt in the background – is that another Bonnie and Camille fabric by chance? Is it Bliss?
