the Sadie tote

|

Giveaway closed, winner is #23 – Debbie!

the Sadie tote {reversible}We’re happy to release our Sadie tote pattern today! This fun tote is reversible, giving you two bags in one. It is generously sized to hold all your belongings, but features our signature ties on the sides, this time with a twist, to keep things together. The fabrics in this bag are Lily’s Garden by Patrick Lose for RJR Fabrics, which will be available in September.

Sadie-Tote-ReverseLike nearly all our patterns, it is designed for use with those fun precuts that fill our stashes! The design gives the option for a brighter, patchwork bag on one side, and a more subtle bag on the other.

Sadie-Side-1This tote is great for carrying around your summer belongings, and even though it is large, it’s lightweight, so your bag won’t be heavy on it’s own. However, the seams are reinforced and it is still nice and sturdy for all your belongings. I don’t think I’ve ever had so many testers say they loved the bag as I have with this pattern. And here are their versions:

Also, we’ve updated this post to have a giveaway! RJR Fabrics is giving away a fat quarter bundle of Lily’s Garden! Just leave a comment on this post on something you’re looking forward to this summer {sewing or otherwise!}. Winner will be drawn on Saturday, June 21st. Good luck!

We hope your week is off to a good start and we hope you enjoy the Sadie tote as much as we have! As always, thanks for your encouragement and support!
