Fabric Requirements
- Outside: 40 – 2 ½” Squares (pieced) or 1 Fat Quarter
- 1 fat quarter (lining and flap)
- 1 fat eighth (pockets and strap)
- ¼ yard prewashed cotton flannel
- ½ yard medium weight fusible interfacing – Such as Pellon® Shape-Flex® SF101
- 1 – 9” zipper
- Magnetic Snap – the pattern demonstrates a sew in snap, but a prong snap would work also
- Embroidery Thread

Lynn –
This bag is the perfect size for a small day purse or for little girls to carry. I’ve made two of these for my girls and they always get compliments on them and they have held up over years of use . Very well written pattern , easy to follow with really nice finishing touches.
