Free Luminous Quilt Block Pattern

I’m so excited to share this free 12″ Luminous Quilt Block pattern with you today! This block was designed for the #quilterpreneursatAGF event by Elizabeth Chappell that I was able to attend a couple weeks ago. To get your copy visit the Art Gallery Fabrics Blog, and there are 11 other free sampler blocks there too!

Gayle Loraine Fabrics ready for sewing

Meet the Gayle Loraine fabric Line

Elizabeth is a new fabric designer for Art Gallery Fabrics, with her first fabric line, Gayle Loraine, shipping to stores now. There were a total of twelve of us who visited AGF. We had the privilege of sewing with the samples AGF had of Elizabeth’s fabric. It was prettier in real life than even the photos! I have already ordered some yardage as well, and I can’t wait to sew a little more than a quilt block with it too.

My block is just one of a collection of twelve blocks. One of the best things about the collection of blocks is that each is unique to the designer. Just like I feel the Luminous Quilt Block shows my style! The twelve blocks will be put together into a sampler quilt, so keep your eye out for that too.

Glimpse of AGF behind the scenes

Visiting Art Gallery Fabrics was an amazing and inspirational trip. I have another blog post coming just full of inspirational photos that I took while I was there. This one gives you just a glimpse of behind the scenes. There are many more photos on the Art Gallery Blog as well. If you use social media, you can also find a variety of photos from the designers who visited AGF with me. Just search for the tag #quilterpreneursatAGF.
